I hope everyone’s week is ending well and there’s excitement for the 3-day weekend. I’m happy to say my week is ending well, with good news for my grandma :)
One big exciting update to report; we’ve booked our trip to Paris this April! Finally, I say, after months if not years of delaying this trip. We agreed to be adventurous, marriage’s motto, and booked the plane tickets. And of course April. I’ve always wanted to go that time of year and wander through the “City of Lights”.

So, recommendations are definitely appreciated! We’re using AirBnB for authentic Parisian experience. I’m planning to “research” patisseries, shop for decor, and sample lots of cheese. It’s my second trip to Paris, but first time on my own (sans tour group).
I can’t wait to practice my very beginner level French, and photography. There will be so many photos.
After having a tough week, this is definitely a reward. I encourage all of you do something big or small in celebration of finishing the week. Whether it’s a bouquet of flowers, great glass of wine or a new lamp, treat yourself!
