Happy Friday!
This first week of April is passing at an alarming rate and Easter is this Sunday. In case you’re celebrating and looking for a little party decor inspiration, I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite spring and Easter posts from the blog!
I published a few this week on Planning Pretty and around the web. On AphroChic, I shared a festive paper lantern runner! Also, Casa and Company featured my birdcage flowers arrangement. I love spring decor for it’s pastel color palette, abundance of flowers and inclusion of sweet baby animals! If there’s one season I wish could extend year-round it is definitely spring.
This simple flower wreath uses fresh flowers, but can be dried out and saved for the entire season.
We gave a little bit of a spring update to our living room. If you’re entertaining this week and need a quick fix to your decor just add color! Pillows, candles and accent rugs are three awesome ways to incorporate more hues into your home.
If your short on budget and time, I shared a few easy flower arrangements perfect for the home or dining table. You won’t need a fancy florist to execute this DIY!
This no-dye Easter egg DIY is perfect for the kid who wants to hold onto her crafts. Using a paper-mache egg, you can paint and decoupage with decorative tissue paper. Still great for egg hunts and filling Easter baskets.
Yesterday I shared a little inspiration for packing the perfect Easter basket. There’s still time to head to stores and pick up a few treats!
And in case you missed it, I added a full page of my wedding photos from our awesome photographer Sun & Sparrow. People always asked to see more photos from our wedding 2.5 years ago, so here it is!
Have a wonderful holiday weekend! Please enjoy time with friends and family. Throw in an Easter egg hunt or two :)
