As a planner, I tend to freak out when things don’t go according to plan. Yea captain obvious right? Well I think I’m learning to not do that anymore. So far I’ve freaked out about two major things for the blog and they turned out to be fine.
So no more panicking, especially when nothing has happened. The planner in me wants to have complete control over everything. While I can control the color of my new rug, I can’t control when something good or bad will happen to me. And yes I’m tired of worrying myself to exhaustion awaiting big decisions.
I’ve figured out that when I’m starting to stress out, I’ll just stretch out and read magazine for a little while. Stare at pretty pictures. Definitely works! That or watch an Audrey Hepburn movie! Hey, maybe both.
