Well it’s here, whether you were ready or not. I feel as ready anyone really can be. I’m ready to keep going, be inspired and plan often and well!
As I regroup from the holidays and refocus my energy to Planning Pretty, I will share my inspiration for 2013. This year I will celebrate my 25th birthday, one year anniversary and (fingers, toes everything crossed) have something amazing emerge from this blog.
To start the year off right, here are a few of my top goals for the year . . .
The holidays distracted me from home decor, but I’m ready to finish our apartment! This is one of my favorite images for building my eclectic living room. Soon I will post my own living room photos on Planning Pretty.
My husband and I are thinking of Seattle as a vacation this year. We’re hearing so many great things about the city!
Something my mother taught that I still have yet to put in practice….fresh flowers every week. Definitely one of my top resolutions! It makes a home feel and smell wonderful!
And guess what I got for Christmas??? A sewing machine (thanks mom!) which means I have to get the ball rolling, selecting pretty fabrics for my future creations!
I hope everyone is off to great start, energized, refreshed and renewed! I started off the new year soaking in a tub clearing my head of all the gibberish of 2012. Everyone seems to repeat “this is going to my year”, but I believe it too! Maybe it’s going to be everyone’s year!
