Yay it’s almost St. Patrick’s Day! Not only is it a day to drink great beer (like Murphy’s Irish Stout), but I also love to bake for any and all holidays. I’ve spent the past week searching for awesome desserts and found these delicious recipes. Definitely the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
Just looking at these is exciting! Can’t wait to get into the kitchen this weekend and bake a special treat. Who knows, I may make up a lovely new combination of ingredients. One ingredient is for sure, Bailey’s Irish Cream! Maybe brownies, yum!
How are you celebrating St. Patrick’s Day? My husband and I will probably bar hop for beer and Irish coffees. Then enjoy corn beef and cabbage for dinner plus whatever dessert I make. Yum!
