My newest cocktail recipe is now available on Better Homes and Gardens Delish Dish blog. I recently purchased a cotton candy maker from Amazon for just $30 and started experimenting as soon as it arrived. One of my first creations was this cocktail! A French 75 is actually my favorite cocktail to order when I go out. It is a simple drink of just gin, sugar, lemon juice and champagne. Instead of using just plain sugar I substitute cotton candy for a more playful presentation. The cotton candy dissolves instantly leaving a beautiful pink color. This cocktail is perfect for weddings, showers or birthday parties as a specialty cocktail. This cocktail is very quick and easy to make.
