I have a birthday coming and I wanted create a cocktail that any birthday would love to enjoy. I’ve been curious about cake-flavored vodka for a while and I finally picked up a bottle from BevMo. Pinnacle vodka makes a really delicious version, it really does taste like a birthday cake. The recipe simply involves blending cake-flavored vodka with vanilla ice cream. The garnishes are the real stars of this cocktail – colorful sprinkles, whipped cream and a cherry. It’s a very pretty cocktail for any special occasion!
