Last week I started a series entitled Sunday Table. It’s my way of sharing styled tables set in our home inspired by the everyday. Sunday is a special day in our culture and the perfect day to gather around the table. As I mentioned last Sunday, this is meant to be a photographic series. I won’t go on and on about products and styling tips. If you don’t have any questions about something I’ve shown here, just leave a comment!
Today’s table was inspired by my love for vintage. I have a set of silverware from my husband’s family that I love using for special occasions. This is a simple breakfast setting with room for a little coffee and mimosas. It’s completely informal. Pancakes or waffles along with eggs and bacon would be enjoyed at this table. In fact, that’s usually what we do eat on Sunday mornings! There’s lots of white linen and lace, but who cares if we spill? That’s what a washing machine is for after all. Favorite hits softly rise from the record player and maybe scenes of a muted football game off in the background. It’s peaceful, lazy and uninterrupted.
Even Sprinkles likes to get in on the action :)
Happy Sunday!
