Happy happy happy happy Friday!
So glad the week is over. It was a good week, got a lot done, but I am ready for the weekend. But before I jump into Saturday mode, I wanted to share a quick recap of the week!
First, I shared a simple chic Valentine’s day dessert table on Casa Diseno. In the article, I detailed tips for setting up your own dessert table at home. I featured the lavender rose brownies in the feature too. Thank you to Tanvier for reaching out and sharing my style with her readers!
Last week my friend Bobbie hosted a beautiful Valentine card at Minted’s headquarters in San Francisco. #HappyMailHappyHour is a wonderful get together to write cards and sip on cocktails with friends. Our other friend Ashley, made delicious cocktails with Skyy Vodka’s newest flavor, Texas Grapefruit. They were so good and a little dangerous, had to remind myself there was liquor in there!
The event photographer Kelly, took gorgeous photos of everyone. My good friends Ana and Leslie were at the party too! I’ve included a few here, but check out Bobbie’s blog to see even more photos.
I baked a little bit for the event, sugar cookie tarts with rose buttercream filling! They were a hit. The husband and I even helped get the food all set up. We’re kind of pros when it comes to setting up parties now :)
Next week I have a couple more Valentine posts coming your way! I did a fun balloon shoot out in the studio garden today and I can’t wait to share.
