It’s the time of year everyone. As soon as Halloween wraps up the holiday season is upon us. You’ve probably noticed a ton of holiday photos on my Instagram this past week. Between sponsored posts and parties, my brain thinks it is December already!
I attended two fabulous holiday parties this past week! First, Best Friends for Frosting hosted a pink fun-filled holiday event with Tiny Prints. There was so much pink and sparkles a girl could go crazy! Sarah Deragon took some amazing photos of the event and more are featured over on Tiny Prints and BFFF.
I loved this tassel background by Stephanie Shives Studio. You can find her all her party products on Etsy!
This adorable pink cake came from C’est Si Bon bakery in San Jose. The pink gumball trim was the perfect touch. You can find these at Target in variety of colors. I already have a pack of pink and of turquoise!
We received personalized gifts in Tiny Prints holiday wrapping paper and then made DIY pots with succulents as gifts to give away. All the pillows and prints were designed by Sacramento based graphic designer Genesis Duncan. I love her print show above! I discovered this amazing gold paint that dries instantly. It has a clay-like texture and can be applied with a sponge. Can’t remember the name at all but will search through Michaels and buy a dozen jars!
Then just two days later, I ventured into San Francisco for the Shutterfly holiday party held at Makeshop! This was a full out DIY party where we made tassels, paper flowers and pom poms to decorate gift wrap. You can check out photos from this party and see some embarrassing pics of me looking too serious :)
