Hi everyone! February has been a month full of celebrations. My dad’s birthday, Valentine’s day, a three day weekend, my own birthday and social events. This month definitely kicks off the year after the January holiday slump. Lately I find myself struggling to keep up with sending out cards and thought of a new way to congratulate and announce celebrations. Everyone is streamlining processes these days so why not use an app to create a quick personalized greeting with Photoshop quality? I tried out the free Adobe Post app with just this in mind! Using my own iPhone photographs and images from the in-app stock library, I created several playful and pretty digital cards. It was so simple and each graphic only takes a few minutes to create!
For my wedding I sent out postcard save the dates to guests. I would have loved to use Adobe Post to create digital cards for wedding save the date announcements. Send as emails, post on Facebook to a private group, wedding website or even send as direct messages on Instagram. It’s a digital world and this is a great way to cut wedding costs!
I love the idea of sending out postcards when I travel, but I always forget. Creating a post on Instagram or Facebook accomplishes the same goal and I can use my own vacation pictures! Choose fonts, customize colors to compliment the photo and press send to share memories from any trip.
I love birthday cards as much as the next person, but it can really add up buying cards for friends and family. After all it’s the thought that counts, so why not try creating a personalized card? Use a photo of a homemade cake or picture of you together. Add filters to enhance the photo, like this retro vibe in my strawberry shortcake photo. It takes just a few moments and is completely free. More budget for birthday gifts!
Adobe Post is perfect for creating event invitations too. Create a custom graphic for your party and then include the details in the body of the email or social post. It’s perfect for blogger or brand events where followers can regram and share the event with friends. The built-in text designs and color palettes make customizing the graphics quick and painless. Align the text perfectly without playing with the sizing too! This was always one of my worst nightmares because I could never get each line of text to be centered and perfectly spaced. No more tweaking a design for hours and hours on the computer and more time to plan that party!
With the easy capabilities you can send well wishes for every occasion. Snap a picture of a pretty bouquet and custom graphics and send out to everyone! I use AirDrop to easily transfer images from my phone to my computer. You can also email the images straight from the app. It’s really that simple!
Try creating a few test photos in the app. Everything is saved automatically in Adobe Post and you can use old creations as templates for new cards. Image quality is maintained in the process too. Each text box or filter is a separate layer that can easily be removed at any time. That means you can create one birthday card template for all your friends and family and simply switch out the image, name or colors to personalize!
Adobe Post is the new one stop shop for all photo + graphic creations in the palm of your hand. The app makes sending well wishes, sharing awesome vacations or announcing a party such a quick and seamless process. Learning the in’s and out’s of the app takes only a few minutes to learn. It’s so user-friendly anyone at any age can create beautiful graphics. I have really enjoyed using Adobe Post over the last few months to create beautiful graphics from my cellphone.
