This month is all about sparkles. One of my favorite ways to incorporate “diamonds” into a design is a chandelier. Want an inexpensive option? Crystal knobs on a dresser or end table! You can find these at Anthropologie, Worldmarket, Target and many other home stores. Mirrors also create a gorgeous diamond effect, especially mirrored furniture. Both Z Gallerie and Pier 1 have mirrored furniture options.
Diamonds are and will always be glamourous. Don’t want a literal interpretation of this birthstone? Select fabrics with diamond patterns in your color scheme and voila!
And just for kicks why don’t we look at a few real diamonds. Have you seen the Gatsby collection at Tiffany’s? Yea, talk about diamonds. Hey a girl can dream can’t she!
