Hello everyone! Exciting news to share today. I teamed up with Tiny Prints to style their awesome acrylic photo blocks in a new and unique way. The blocks are great way to show off your photography or family photos in your home. Being a huge fan of bringing plants and flowers indoors, I came up with a frame made of succulent plants. It’s an easy process to make just takes a little time. Rue Magazine published the full instructions on their site today!
I have a few teaser photos for my readers of course. All in all the four boxes took a full weekend to complete what with the paint and glue drying. Don’t feel intimidated though! I just filled the time with a whole lot of Gossip Girl and House Hunters. The final decor result is worth it. If you only make one, that’s just a couple hours of crafting!
I definitely recommend working on a big table or desk. Have a vacuum ready to pick up spilled dirt. Gloves are very helpful as well as good lighting. Don’t craft in the dark :)
So bounce on over to Rue and check out the full DIY. If you do make the frames, tag me on Instagram @planningpretty and share your photos!
